‘The Dirty Hamper’ is a great laundry service! We have used them 4 or 5 times already. They run a professional and reliable operation from start to finish. Their website is professionally done, the registration process is easy to follow and secure, and they communicate by both email and text. Many small businesses barely have a website, and we have all been frustrated by them. But not The Dirty Hamper, they are much more professional than that. Their pricing is transparent and reasonable given what they do. Once you setup on order on their site, you get confirmation, and then the next day they text you when they are on their way to your house to do the pickup, and they also text you after it is picked up. 2 days later, they email you a nice receipt for the work, and text you when they are on their way to return your laundry, and they also text you once drop off is complete. The laundry comes back clean, smelling clean, and nicely folded in clear plastic bags. Ready to put it away. Very professional from start to finish. A standout! They provide a very helpful service for people who maybe got really behind on their laundry, need a break from it or can’t do it for whatever reason, or maybe someone who’s machine at home is broken.
